The tools in the Resource Center begin where you begin – at the inception of your journey to connect your community through broadband access and innovative programs and services. The tools offered by the Resource Center continue to aid you through the successful planning, deployment and culmination of your community’s digital inclusion transformation. The center develops, houses, and references a collection of roadmaps, critical success factors, FAQs, tools, kits, templates, studies, research results, best practices and other materials to help you in your journey towards creating a sustainable connected community.
