
Todd Q. Adams
Community Program Manager
Todd Q. Adams has more than 20 years of experience in the IT field. He spent 10 years as an IT consultant for clients in the government, health care, financial services, retail, and human resource sectors, serving as business analyst, systems analyst, and project manager.
Todd worked for the City of Cleveland as a program manager responsible for the deployment of a $3 million enterprise resource planning application across 11 departments. This included a mobile workforce solution for more than 100 City inspectors and was the first ERP and mobile workforce application deployed by the City of Cleveland. His role also included management of implementation services, technology partners (outsourcing), and the training plan for 400 users.
Prior to joining the staff of the Knight Center of Digital Excellence, Todd worked for Hexagram, a wireless automatic meter reading company, where he handled the public affairs strategy, business development, customer relationship management, and trade show management. He also served on the Business Council for the United States Conference of Mayors.
Todd is a former adjunct instructor at ITT Institute and has taught professional development strategies to technology professionals. He also conducted database training in Mexico. Todd began his career as a software developer within the automotive and public utility industries. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from Howard University.
